How much is your house worth? 

We are often asked about home values and would be happy to provide you a Current Market Analysis (CMA) for free. We have developed two levels of CMA’s to choose from depending on your level of interest and motivation.

 

Level One

Our analysis uses the information you provide via e-mail and matches that up with our market database. We will provide you a range of prices that reflect the general prices that you might expect plus related information that you will find important.  Reports are generally e-mailed with 3-5 business days. This is good if you are not certain about selling but want a good general idea about your home value.

Level Two

Everything offered in level one plus more analysis, greater emphasis on the range of values, and professional insights on maximizing your value. To achieve this we schedule a viewing of your home and we take notes on all the upgrades, lot premiums, views and any marketable value or identifying features that will generate interest in your home.  Presentations are generally made in person and scheduled at your convenience.  This is a must for the homeowner looking to sell presently.
