MELISSA PIPPIN-CARSON
Melissa was born in Palm Springs, California but spent her formative years in Houston, Texas. After high school, Melissa attended college in Florida and traveled before moving to Santa Fe in 1992. Melissa started her real estate career in 2001 and has been a consistent achiever since. A Certified Residential Specialist, Melissa enjoys working with both buyers and sellers and oversee all aspects of the business. With a keen eye for interior design, Melissa offers smart staging advice to all her clients to help maximize their showing success to achieve top dollar.
Melissa has been very active in leadership with the Santa Fe Association of Realtors serving as MLS Chair from 2014-2016, and was elected as President of the Santa Fe Association of Realtors in 2017.
In her spare time, Melissa enjoys a regular yoga practice, cycling and mountain bike riding, and definitely golf when time permits! She also likes jewelry making and gardening, and spending time with her family and her sweetheart, Buddha, an English Bulldog.
ROGER CARSON
Roger was born in San Francisco, California and his early career allowed him to travel extensively and live in exciting places such as Hawaii, Aspen, Alta, and London, England prior to settling here. Roger holds degrees and certificates in Accounting, Event Management and Tourism Administration, and Mediation. He is a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist and was Chairperson for the Grievance Committee on the Santa Fe Board of Realtors. Roger was elected President of the Santa Fe Association of Realtors in 2020 and he also helps mediate disputes for the New Mexico Magistrate Court.
When not busy helping clients buy or sell real estate, Roger enjoys participating in endurance races from The Elk Mountain Traverse to The Iron Horse Classic to The Swim from Alcatraz. He also enjoys writing and fly-fishing and golfing with his wife, Melissa. And best of all, spending time with family and friends and the family pets while enjoying the beauty of Santa Fe.
